And just like that, 2018 came and went! With the year quickly coming to a close, we thought it would be fun to take a look back at some of YOUR favorite posts from the year.
I went through our site’s analytics and compiled this list of blog favorites based on page views and engagement.
Now, let’s dive into MRW Systems’ 2018 reader favorites roundup:

Our MOST popular blog post for 2018 was “MSP vs MSSP: What’s the Difference?”. I’m actually not too surprised here because MSSP is a relatively new term. Plus, if you didn’t know any better or aren’t in the industry, you’d think they were the same thing.
So, what’s the difference?

Our blog post on “Multi-Factor Authentication: Pros & Cons”! I was surprised to see this post high up in our rankings. It turns out, there aren’t too many sources that break down the ins and outs of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
This blog post explains the basics of multi-factor authentication, like what it is, why you need it, and the pros and cons of having it. If you’re concerned about cyber-attacks on your small business, I strongly suggest you read this one. Requiring employees to use multi-factor authentication can help prevent hackers from gaining access to your network and data.

“What is Network Continuity?”, a 101 guide for business owners on Network Continuity.
Network Continuity is a term that managed service providers love to toss around at their clients. But I’ve found that many business owners don’t have an understanding of what it is and why it’s important.

While many businesses understand the importance of protecting their data, there are still a large number of business owners that have not taken steps to keep it safe from a potential disaster.
A successful business’s future is dependent on making the right decisions and the right plans before a downtime event occurs.
