Mike Wolinski and his team have built MRW Systems from the ground up and remained family-owned and fiercely independent. The entire MRW staff works from our Maryland offices, and our on-call helpdesk hired FROM the business community that they support.

Michael Wolinski, CISSP

Founder & CEO

Driven by his passion for Technology, Michael founded MRW Systems, a Maryland IT company, in 1997 after spending over a decade in Corporate IT Departments and as CIO of several companies. Every day he brings his knowledge and enthusiasm to his clients and his staff in pursuit of his dream of being a really great IT company.

Barbara Wolinski

Vice President & CFO

Michael’s partner in Business and in Life has a background in numbers. Barb started her career building actuarial databases and doing financial analysis in the insurance industry. She’s been with MRW Systems since its founding and continues to help grow and nurture the business.

Isaac Wolinski

Assistant CTO

The son of Barbara & Michael, Isaac has been with MRW Systems since 2007. Isaac directs the design and implementation of projects for MRW’s clients. His experience in project management & distinct communication skills allow new systems to be implemented exactly as the customer expects.

Peter Musser

Support Manager & Senior Engineer

Peter came to MRW Systems in 2009 as a Network Engineer and has grown in his role and now oversees a small army of techs. His technical expertise and great customer service makes him an outstanding resource to our clients and our staff.
