Reactive Support Services will ensure that your staff has access to technical help. We utilize leading Managed Services Automation software and leading reactive support solutions that are an integral part of our Centralized Services and reactive support center. Our unique approach allows us to quickly and efficiently solve your support issues. That means no more waiting around. When an MRW Systems team member answers your phone call or email, they will be able to help you out right away.
A Network Administrator will be assigned to your company. They will make scheduled onsite visits to help your company move to Best Practices for all of your technology. This includes checking on existing equipment, assisting with asset inventory, and managing user accounts. We have dedicated staff that can also assist you with procurement of hardware and software for any projects you may have.
A CIO will also be assigned to your account. They will help with all technology decisions as well as quarterly strategic and annual budget planning. They can assist in drafting Policies and Procedures such as Acceptable Use Polices as well as help with a Business Continuity Plan. We have a dedicated staff that will also assist you for procurement of any projects, hardware, and software needs you may have.
