Technology Administrators (Tech Admins) are a key part of the MRW Systems’ team. They are responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of our clients’ networks and computer systems.
At MRW Systems, every client gets their own dedicated, experienced tech admin.
They are also the ones to make onsite visits to our clients’ offices. During these visits, the tech admin checks existing equipment, assisting with asset inventory, and managing user accounts.
Likewise, our field technicians help our clients’ end-users get situated with new devices.
As you can see, they both play a vital part in our operations. And now, you get to meet them in this installment of Meet the Team.
