To be named on the Channel Futures elite MSPs list is a great honor. And to be ranked 77th in the world speaks volumes to our team and leadership.
Not only is this industry ranking survey the first of its kind, but it is also the largest and most comprehensive one.
And to be chosen is no easy feat.
Managed services providers from around the world apply to get on this list.
And the application process is no walk in the park. Channel Futures uses a unique methodology to rank MSPs against each other.
Not only are you judged on recurring revenue. But Channel Futures also looks at your long-term health, viability, and operational efficiency.
When asked about the 2020 applicants, the Senior Content Director at Channel Partners and Channel Futures, Kris Blackmon mentioned “the applicant pool for the annual MSP 501 has grown year-over-year, making this year’s list the most competitive in the survey’s history.”
And it’s worth pointing out that 2020 has bought some difficult and uncanny challenges to all businesses and organizations.
With that in mind, the panelists at Channel Futures were looking for the “best examples of innovation, business acumen, and strategic savvy on the planet.”

Nothing has disrupted the modern workforce quite like COVID-19.
For the safety of their staff and customers, many companies had to close their office doors. As a result, many companies urgently needed to find remote solutions for their workforce.
Here’s the thing, remote work is not as easy as it sounds. You need the right solutions in place to avoid the headaches.
And our team can provide those solutions.
During this time of crisis, our clients never missed a beat.
The MRW Systems support team knew how to transition our clients seamlessly from their offices to their homes. As a CEO, I am very proud of how we handled (and continue to navigate) the COVID-19 pandemic.

This year, MRW Systems also continued to implement robust and innovative cybersecurity solutions.
Every year cybercriminals get a little bit smarter, so that means we, as a managed service provider, have to continue to grow our cybersecurity efforts.
Our cybersecurity team, NetGarde, has seen growth in solutions, employees, and clients in 2020.
Our ability to manage cybersecurity sets us apart from other MSPs. Many MSPs only cover the bare basics in terms of cybersecurity. But we go above that.

But we don’t just talk the talk.
We have the certifications to back it up. Our cybersecurity team is made up of Certified Information Systems Security Professionals, Certified Ethical Hackers, and CompTIA Security Specialists.
There is no doubt that our cybersecurity abilities helped us gain a high ranking on the Channel Futures MSP 501 list.
But our services aren’t the only standouts.
